You will experience a Journey through Body, Mind & Spirit

The Body — Movement & Breathwork 

Reconnect with your physical body through conscious breathing, somatic awareness, and gentle movement.

You’ll explore: 

  • Breath as the bridge between body, emotion, and energy 
  • How breath influences the nervous system, stress response, and vitality
  • Somatic movement to awaken intuitive sensation and dissolve tension 

Through guided movement and breathwork, you’ll open a pathway from holding to release, from separation to inner connection.

The Mind — Focus, Observation & Chakra balancing

Calm the mind and strengthen your capacity for presence through simple, powerful concentration practices and rebalancing techniques. 

You’ll learn about: 

  • Chakra energy center rebalancing and tuning 
  • Brainwave states (Beta, Alpha, Theta) and how they shape awareness
  • Neuroplasticity and the “Observer Mind” 
  • How focused attention rewires patterns of stress and reactivity

You’ll experience the harmonium (traditional Indian instrument) holding the exact tone for each of the first six chakras (root to third eye). We combine two complementary maps of the body’s energetic reality:

  • The Indian chakra system – transformational energy centres
  • The Chinese meridian system – functional pathways that nourish organs and emotions

You’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Feel the sustained notes resonate in each chakra zone
  • Gently activate the related meridians (Kidney/Bladder, Liver/Gallbladder, Stomach/Spleen, Heart/Pericardium, Lung/Large Intestine, Liver & Du Mai)
  • Lightly trace the pathways with simple hand movements
  • Move from ordinary beta brainwaves (daily stress & thinking) into relaxed alpha and spacious theta states – where focus sharpens and mental noise fades
  • Learn two short concentration exercises you can use anytime

The Spirit — Presence & Inner Connection

Enter a sacred space of stillness, connection, and spiritual awareness.

This session includes:

  • Guided visualization 
  • A closing energy ritual

Kevin Longpre - The Body - Mind - Spirit

Kevin has been an Osteopath in the wellness field for over 24 years. He is the co-owner of a multitherapy clinic in the west Island of Montreal called Vitality.

He is deeply passionate about helping individuals move through pain and break through the resistances that keep them from living as their authentic selves. His ongoing exploration of the mind-body connection has led him to study the neuroscience behind the inner struggles we all face in becoming who we truly are. Kevin offers a grounded and compassionate presence, combining osteopathic treatment with awareness-building and powerful mindset shifts to support meaningful transformation.

Natalia - The Body - Movement

Natalia is a holistic therapist, intuitive guide, and massage practitioner with a background in physiotherapy. Her approach blends somatic movement, breath awareness, and spiritual channeling to help people reconnect with their inner essence.

With a calm and grounding presence, Natalia invites each participant to listen deeply to their body’s wisdom and return home to themselves. She is passionate about creating sacred spaces for healing, presence, and embodied transformation.

Antonio Pirello - The Mind and Spirit

Antonio is a licensed practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine with over 15 years of experience. Skilled in acupuncture, herbal medicine, and dietary therapy, he offers holistic care through his practices in Ottawa and Montreal.

At the heart of his work lies acupuncture—a gentle yet profound therapy that supports the body’s natural healing processes, restoring balance and vitality in a deeply relaxing and non-invasive way.

Deeply immersed in Sanātana Dharma—the timeless philosophy recognizing the unity underlying all traditions—Antonio sees truth as a universal essence expressed through many paths. His exploration bridges the non-dual wisdom of Adi Shankaracharya, the contemplative depth of Plato, and the simplicity of Zen.

Committed to empowering others, he shares practical self-care tools such as acupressure, embodied movement, and mindful breathing, encouraging individuals to sustain their wellbeing beyond the treatment room. Through this integrative approach, Antonio weaves ancient wisdom with contemporary understanding, helping others find relief, vitality, and inner stillness—his enduring passion centered on holistic wellbeing, self-healing, and self-inquiry.
