Riley’s passion for optimizing human potential began at a young age while training for competitive hockey and soccer. This passion combined with her desire to help others led her to become a personal trainer and Crossfit coach while completing her bachelor of commerce at Concordia.
Riley was first introduced to the philosophy of osteopathy through Dr. Sean Landry when she became his patient in 2013. The philosophy resonated so much with her beliefs that she made a career change and enrolled at the College D’etudes Osteopathiques where she has been studying for the past 5 years.
Throughout her studies she has become particularly interested in the osteopathic approach to women’s health, concussions, stress and athletic performance.
